MIRANDA HARDY
Miranda Hardy is a New York City–based singer-songwriter, songwriting coach, and community builder. With a knack for storytelling and a wry sense of humor, she delivers catchy hooks with a fresh perspective.
Hardy grew up playing fiddle and singing alongside her father, Jack Hardy, everywhere from New York City venues to small pubs in Ireland. After a decade-long career in advertising, she returned to her musical roots to write and record an album of her own.
Her sophomore album, The Price of Happiness, gained international radio airplay and reached the top five on the Folk Alliance International (FAI) charts in its first month of release, June 2024. The music video for the title track—written, produced, and edited by Hardy—has amassed over 30K views on YouTube. Her Irish-Americana folk single, “Trapped in an Irish Drinking Song,” also reached the top three on the FAI charts in March 2024.
Hardy currently runs a songwriter night in New York City, helping musicians share their work, connect with others, and hone their craft. Learn more at mirandahardymusic.com.
